Our advocacy work aims to promote the rights of women and girls, gender equality, and equal opportunities, as well as to combat discrimination. Our advocacy focuses especially on advancing a non-violent, equal, and inclusive society, gender equality in working life, and the social inclusion of women and girls.
Our advocacy is based on our strategic policies and always relies on well-researched and up-to-date information.
We monitor changes in our operating environment and strengthen our advocacy by addressing the needs of different groups of women and girls, including those belonging to minorities and vulnerable groups.
